What color is terror?
I asked this question to a big group of 65, and almost all of them gave RED as the answer.
Well, in one way they are right. They see the color red – the bloody aftermath of a terror attack. All these selfish-capitalistic news channels are more than happy to publish hundreds of color photos stained with the blood of slain innocents. And this is also one of the reasons for everyone pointing to the color red.
Technically, blood does not stay red for a long time when it parts with its owner. It turns brown when it starts to dry up. Correct me if ‘m wrong.

We all think of the end result, but the root and cause of terror is never red. It’s got a different color..may be it’s not even a color!
When a man, young or old, turns to terrorism and starts getting brainwashed by the many non-existent (or man-made) principles of a particular religion – his mind turns dark.
When he volunteers to become a suicide bomber, with the least respect for his life, and of course, the others – his soul turns dark.
When he decides to target hundreds of innocent civilians, thinking that the innocents are the root cause of all their problems – his reasoning is dark. This is an act of random cowardice, which is unforgivable.
All these terrorists say they are not afraid of death, but they’re afraid of exposing their faces to the media – why use a dark cloth to cover the face when they claim that they are bold?
It’s a pity that the civilians die for no reason. For a mistake they never did. In a split-second, they are lost in dark oblivion, and so is the future of their loved ones.
If you agree that the color of death is BLACK, so is the color of terror! What say you?

Dark …. for me its brown, the colour of dirt, of muddy water, lifeless and dirty
muddy water and lifeless – but they aren't harmless.
I would say…Grey……all of it is grey business…..
Business is an offset of the actual notion. Grey is just a shade of black !!
I once read that the evil was colorless (Robin McKinley, Sunshine, great book) and i'm inclined to agree. To borrow her words “i hadn't thought of evil as being without color, but it is. Once you get past plain everyday wickedness, the color is sqeezed right out of it. Evil is a kind of oblivion, having destroyed everything on it's way there” (p. 358). My heart goes out to your countrymen, and all those who have lost loved ones to senseless violence. And i heartily agree with the comment about cowardice – how can someone believe they are heroic when they are killing children? How can that concept be supportable?
May be yes. Black is a mixture of all colors..absorbs all colors. Black hole-just a void space where you may not see any color.
