Well, before I start, lemme remind you that there are trillions of similar articles on the Web. You might have stumbled upon a few of them already.
So what are the techniques that you’ve tested?
- keeping the alarm clock outta reach?
- get out of the bedroom as soon as you wake up?
- force yourself into doing some activity in the morning?
- getting to bed earlier than usual?
- etc? huh!
Were you successful? Trust me, I’ve tried most of them, and never succeeded. Don’t lose heart.
You can still get up early in the morning, and be productive, active and agile through out the day. How?
It’s as simple as this – drink about 200 ml to 300 ml of water just before you hit the bed. The capacity of the human urinary bladder is about 400 ml, and one normally gets the urge to ‘empty’ when the capacity reaches 250ml. A normal person gets this urge once every 5-6 hours during sleep, and you may have to adjust the quantity of water you got to drink before bed. So, by around 5 /5:30 AM you will get the urge to let go and relax!
Nothing works better than this biological alarm clock. Once you’re relaxed, just think of the rich aroma of steaming hot coffee on one hand, and the morning newspaper on the other. Oh, why don’t you go for a walk to feel even better?
