Beauty lies in the lens of the beholder. Every other person has a camera nowadays, be it a point-and-shoot, or more advanced gears hanging on the shoulders of these pro-like guys and girls. I live near Mylapore (a.k.a. Thirumayilai), and pass by this area at least thrice a week. Never ever have I thought about stopping my bike, and digesting the colors that were in front of my eyes, all the time.
I’m awestruck by the following pictures..

I’m gonna make sure I take my camera with me the next time I enter Mylapore. Of course, it’s not just Mylapore that’s beautiful. Beauty is strewn everywhere, we just fail to open our eyes and absorb the good things that can cheer us up.
Better late than never. Open your eyes and keep smiling, ‘coz the shutterbugs out there are constantly snapping!

Calling our dear MRTS a metro is a long shot, I am definitely a fan of MRTS!
I also intend to take some pictures of a beautiful Kingfisher that visits my garden regularly. hope i do that soon enough.
I think MRTS is far more efficient than the current metro project that’s underway. I also enjoy the good view of the city when I travel from Adyar to Park station – and well, it takes just 14 minutes! You better snap the Kingfisher and post it on your blog. I love birds.
Wow! Superb reproduction of the otherwise unnoticed daily buzz in Mylapore. I usually refrain from visiting this place and tnagar for traffic reasons, but got to pay more attention to the colors of this place when I visit next time. Good job photographers!
