AMEN! It’s so nice to have a president who can speak eloquently (or speech writers who can anyway). While I think most people are pleased to see Obama in office, i wish they’d take a bit of caution. Such hopes and dreams are pinned on him – to end the racial divide, to fix the economy, to heal international relations, to live up to our greatest ideals. Is it possible for one man to all that? Is it reasonable to expect him to have such influence?

To top it all, everyone believes that Obama will mollify the effects of Bush’s misrule. It’s nice to see him talk, ‘punchy‘ phrases add fuel to others’ thoughts and actions. Obama speaks of change.. I think that if he could deliver at least 40% of what he’d committed, he would do justice to those millions of American voters who weighed their dreams on him. After all, no one wants to see just a change of skin color in the presidential post.
