Blue by A.R.Rahman – Music review
After Dilli 6, I’ve been waiting for quite some time to get hold of Rahman’s score in the yet to be released hindi movie Blue. You know the usual Rahman phenomenon – the more you listen to the song, the more it grows on you. It’s like an acquired taste, yet so unique in style. [...]
The ‘Jai Ho’ influence in the US!
Slumdog Millionaire has become such a big hit in the US – you knew it, there’s nothing new in this piece of news. Well, what’s interesting is that the movie’s soundtrack has impressed even the tiny toddlers in the US. Take a look at the following videos – cute ones!
Dilli 6 – refreshingly fresh tunes from A R Rahman
I’m lost! The very first song Masakalli, sung by Mohit Chouhan (Silk Route fame) makes you hit the repeat button again and again. This is not the only song in the album Dilli 6 that is repeatable. There are 10 songs, and 9 of them are excellent. One song (I wouldn’t call it a song) [...]

Characterization: The warden and Andy’s characters have been meticulously crafted, and an equal importance been given to most other key characters in the movie. After watching..
WALL-E: Movie review
Well, what should I say? I’ve been rather late in writing a review for a movie that was released about 3 weeks ago. Anyways, nothing has been lost yet, and there are still quite a few million people out there waiting to watch this animation masterpiece. Wall-E is a typical love story, where one can draw parallels with the Indian cinema (or even Titanic!). So, the story is simple. Imagine an Indian cinema where a poor guy falls in love with a rich girl who has to follow a directive, and eventually the girl getting attracted to this poor guy in rags.
