There have been many rumors of the Huawei Ascend W1 Windows Phone. Many a times, videos of this phone appeared and disappeared on YouTube. Now the latest information (or rather, rumor) is that Ascend W1 will be priced at just about $200.

Video of the Huawei Ascend W1 (just like the others, this video might disappear any moment!):

Well, considering the hardware specs of this Windows Phone 8 device: 4-inch WVGA display | NFC | 2000 mAh battery | 5 megapixel camera + LED flash | 1.2 GHz dual-core Krait processor, it’s really hard to believe that W1 will be just under $200. If yes, the Windows Phone 8 market share will reach 40% in just under 20 months – trust me, this is how Android gained immense market share with ultra-cheap mobile devices.
